Body and Mind Relationship

The 1st rule is you will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for the duration of your time here on Earth. And a lot of us take that for granted, but some people take better care of their cars than they do their bodies. Some people respect their bodies and some people abuse their bodies. Some people just tolerate their body and other people actually honor their bodies.
